Simple terms, plainly put.

These terms cover your use of Kalorimy — the website, the app, and the Kalorimy Pro subscription. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Kalorimy is

Kalorimy estimates the calories and protein in meals from photos and gives you a daily calorie guide based on the details you enter. Estimates are produced by AI and are approximate. Kalorimy is a planning tool, not medical, dietary or health advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under 18.

2. Your account

You need an account to save meals. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 16 to use Kalorimy. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your data (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Kalorimy Pro subscription

Kalorimy Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change — we will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Kalorimy: no attempting to access other people’s accounts or data, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, and no uploading content that is unlawful or that you don’t have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

Meal photos and the data you enter remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can provide the service to you. We don’t sell your content or use your photos to advertise.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Kalorimy available, but it is provided “as is” and we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue Kalorimy Pro we will refund any unused portion of a prepaid period.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalorimy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on calorie estimates. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
